Adrian Mosqueda, PT, CKTP, CLT

Lead Physical Therapist Specialist

Adrian is a Physical Therapist with extensive knowledge and experience with geriatric population and pediatric therapy. He was an Academic and Clinical instructor in Physical Therapy School in the Philippines in his early years and worked in different physical therapy settings like Home Health, Hospital and Outpatient facilities. He has worked so hard to harness his skills in kinesiotaping applications, Lymphedema management and Laser therapy. In 2021, Adrian pioneered the first Pediatric therapy and lymphedema center in Ahoskie, NC. His mission is to provide a genuine and exceptional rehabilitation services that cater to the pediatric population and lymphedema patients that resides in Ahoskie and its neighboring counties. When he is not working, he spends his time reading, bonding with his family and playing with the family dog Chokoy.

Casey Hoggard, PTA

Pediatric Homehealth Specialist

Casey received her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from Martin Community College in 2005. She was the program award recipient for the Physical Therapist Assistant program and NC Community College Academic Excellence Award recipient in 2005. She is a board certified Physical Therapist Assistant in NC with 16 years of experience, of which six years are with pediatrics, and ten years with geriatrics. Casey has worked in a variety of settings including home health with pediatrics and geriatrics, outpatient, and skilled nursing facilities. She has experience working with a variety of diagnoses including rare disorders such as Osteogenesis Imperfecta, Holoprosencephaly, and Cri-du-chat syndrome. Her passion is in pediatrics and she loves helping her patients achieve their goals. Casey has two children and spends her free time cheering them on in sports and enjoying the outdoors.

Robin Winslow, PTA, CLT

Physical Therapist Assistant

Robin received her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Martin Community College. She graduated with honors and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa. Robin has 8 years dedicated careeer experience providing quality patient care in rehabiliative settings with a variety of diagnoses. Robin exhibits a calm and reassuring personality and will immediately put her patients at ease. In her spare time she likes to spoil her grandchildren.

Julia Mangum, SLP

Speech Therapist

Julia received her master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. Julia has worked in a variety of settings with culturally diverse populations in North Carolina, Texas, and California. She has experience working with a variety of diagnoses and has a main focus on post stroke rehabilitation, traumatic brain injury, and early intervention. She is passionate about telepractice and providing the most effective services to the patients and families that she serves. In her free time, Julia enjoys photography, road trips, and flying her drone.

Alexandria Gibson Brinkley, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Alex studied child development at Meredith College and later earned her master’s in Occupational Therapy from Lenoir-Rhyne University in 2019. Her main areas of practice include pediatrics and skilled nursing facilities. Alex has worked with children in a variety of settings including outpatient clinics and natural environments such as in homes, schools, and childcare centers. Alex has experience working with a variety of diagnoses including Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, Down Syndrome, developmental delays, physical dysfunction, feeding concerns, and behavioral concerns. In her free time, Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, being outside, and playing with her dog.

Sierra Jernigan, COTA/L

Occupational Therapy Assistant

Sierra received her Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from Pitt Community College in December of 2020. She has a background in studying special education courses at East Carolina University where she graduated in 2016. Sierra was inspired to apply for PCC’s OTA program by watching the positive impact of Occupational Therapy on her grandmother who suffered a stroke in 2016. Sierra joins our team with experience in pediatric and behavioral health settings. On the weekends, Sierra enjoys hanging out at the river, watching comedy movies, and visiting with friends and family.

Hali Ray, COTA/L

Rehab Manager

Hali received her Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from Pitt Community College in 2017. She is registered with the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy and a member of the North Carolina Occupational Therapy Association. She has completed fieldwork in a variety of settings such as outpatient clinics, inpatient rehabilitation, Constraint Induced Movement Therapy, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric, and acute care. She spent the initial part of her career at VMC and has since been working in skilled nursing before joining RehabMates Pediatric and Lymphedema Therapy. She has experience working with a variety of diagnoses and has a main focus in neurological disorders, physical dysfunction, and developmental delays. When Hali is not busy working, she loves to spend time with her family along with online shopping!

Casey Davenport

Front Desk Administrator

Casey is a graduate of Bethel Assembly Christian Academy and went on to Roanoke Chowan Community College to pursue Early Childhood education. After 2 years of studying at RCCC Casey began her career in Early Childhood as a care giver at a local daycare facility here in Ahoskie NC. Casey has 7 years’ experience in Early Childhood Education. Casey has enjoyed utilizing her office experience here at RehabMates as the front desk administrator. When Casey is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending church, and going shopping.

Haley Chappell, COTA/L

Occupational Therapy Assistant

Haley received her Associates of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Pitt Community College in 2019. Haley completed fieldworks in acute care, constraint induced movement therapy, and outpatient clinics. Haley has always wanted to work with pediatrics although worked in a SNF with geriatrics during the first year of her career. When Haley is not busy, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking a vacation to the mountains or the beach.

Toni Floyd

PTA

Toni received her Associates of Applied Science for Physical Therapist Assistant in 2015 from Martin Community College. She has worked in different settings including skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient therapy. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two boys and family.

Amanda Livingston

PTA

Amanda graduated with academic honors with an Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from Martin Community College in 2022. She completed her clinicals in two different outpatient settings and in pediatrics in the home and at school. In her free time she enjoys traveling, thrift shopping, spending time with her family, and playing with her many dogs.

Erin Luper

PTA

Erin was born and raised in Nash County. She graduated from Northern Nash High School with honors and went on to pursue higher education at North Carolina Wesleyan College (now University) where she graduated in 2007 with a B.S. in Biology and B.A. in Chemistry with Cum Laude honors. Erin then went on to Nash Community College where she graduated with an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant in 2012 with honors. Erin has worked in Skilled Nursing, Hospital, and Home-Health settings during her ten-year career. After requesting a Pediatric clinical while in school, Erin absolutely loved her experience and knew that’s where she wanted to end up one day! In her free time, she loves playing with her two “fur”babies: Layla and Allie. Erin loves spending time with family and friends, the beach, sports, and arts & crafts.
